Waiting List

How does the waiting list work?

It’s easy! You and all members of your group apply online. You’ll tell us at that time which houses or buildings you’re interested in. Once we begin assigning properties, you’ll receive an email from us with your assignment and all relevant information.

Please note:

• Applying to the waiting list does NOT bind you to any agreement!
• Groups will be assigned based on the date that their first group member applied!
• Current tenants are given top priority!
• You will view the exact property via video walk through that you would be living in, and would then choose to accept or decline!
• Once you have accepted your property, you will be sent an application link. All parties (tenants and parental guarantors) must apply.
