BACKGROUND

Continental was founded in 1986 with the management of one townhouse. The mission of Continental is to provide professional property management services at an affordable cost to our clients and customers. The value of your real estate investment is directly affected by the performance of your management organization. We maximize value by the utilization of strong management and organizational skills.

Property management is a complex process that requires the efficient coordination of people, places, and things. Continental provides quality personnel with a high level of professional knowledge and experience, gives them the proper tools and equipment, and places them in the right place at the right time.
